  • Identifies and manages the resolution of data quality issues including integrity, accuracy, consistency and completeness in an efficient and timely manner.  
  • Contacts vendors for project support in a professional manager, if necessary.  
  • Understands technical information, i.e., interpret software release notes.  
  • Facilitates questions internally and communicates effectively in high stress situations.  
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.

  • High School diploma or equivalent education.
  • Prior data entry experience preferred.
  • Great attention to detail.  
  • Familiarity with data entry software and tools and group processes.  
  • Keeping data organized and easily accessible.  
  • Basic communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management.

Total Rewards Package         

  • Salary: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
