The Data Quality & Reporting Manager is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of Title II AEFLA student data, funding records, and required federal and state reporting. This position reports to the Director of Program Engagement and Evaluation, but will work closely with the Dean to provide complex data interpretation to the Title II Leadership team. The incumbent applies strong skills in data analysis, reporting, quality assurance, and process improvement to support reliable performance outcomes. The role includes handson data entry during peak operational periods, registration oversight, and coordination of ongoing data quality reviews.

As the primary Advansys system manager, the incumbent maintains data integrity, resolves system issues, and ensures data workflows support efficient, compliant operations aligned with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) requirement, NRS guidance for accuracy, quality, continual monitoring, and internal control expectations. The position translates complex performance and participation metrics into clear, actionable insights to inform enrollment management, resource allocation, and program improvement initiatives.

This role is critical to maintaining audit readiness, supporting effective monitoring practices, optimizing data workflows, and fostering a datainformed culture across the department. The Data Quality & Reporting Manager also plays a key role in analyzing GED Manager data, including GED Ready scores, to support targeted recruitment strategies and enrollment into GED Boot Camps.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Database Management, Cloud Computing, Computer Science, Computer Technology, Mathematics, Statistics or related field with emphasis in quantitative data from an institutionally accredited College or University.

Experience Required
  • Four years experience in progressively responsible roles with information processing, reporting, developing analysis plans, analyzing data, and communicating data results successfully.
  • Experience analyzing data for inconsistencies, data quality errors, compliance risks, student performance, and student retention.
  • Experience managing, maintaining, and extracting data from a student information system such as Colleague, Advansys, Laces utilizing Informer or extraction tools within the SIS.
  • Experience merging and transforming data from multiple data sources and/or reports using Excel and/or statistical analysis tools (e.g. SAS, SPSS, or similar).
  • Demonstrated experience using data to inform decisions, conduct data quality reviews, and support internal monitoring or audit readiness.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and report development (as determined by pre-employment testing).
Experience Preferred
  • Greater than four years experience in progressively responsible roles with information processing, reporting, developing analysis plans, analyzing data, and communicating data results successfully.
  • Experience as a database administrator or computer programmer.
  • Experience reviewing Title II Literacy Education Information System (LEIS) data for compliance with state and federal guidelines.
  • Experience with standardized assessment interpretation (TABE, CASAS, GED).
  • Experience analyzing National Reporting System (NRS) testing and performance data.
  • Ability to implement and maintain macros to support data analyses for key processes such as bus pass eligibility, attention and retention incentives.
