Job description

Job Title

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process and enter returned merchandise transactions into company systems with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Complete JESTA Step Receipting procedures to ensure work orders (WOFs) are properly processed and inventory records remain accurate.
  • Monitor and coordinate with Production to ensure return-related orders are completed within required timelines.
  • Generate and print packing slips for RMC and RMF orders in advance of order completion to support efficient shipment processing.
  • Verify product availability and inventory accuracy by conducting physical checks in designated stock and storage areas as needed.
  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining all required RMF/RMA documentation to support shipping activities and inventory control.
  • Verify that all units returned for alterations are accounted for and accurately matched to shipping documentation before final shipment to customers.
  • Support the shipping department with RMF and RMC order fulfillment as business needs require.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation related to returns processing.
  • Adhere to company policies, safety requirements, and quality standards.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to remain seated for extended periods while working on a computer.
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for keyboarding and handling documents.
  • Ability to move throughout office, warehouse, and production areas.
  • Occasionally lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to reach, bend, and retrieve materials from various storage locations.
  • Ability to use a computer monitor and other office equipment for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP, inventory management, or warehouse management systems.
  • Previous experience in returns processing, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing environments.
  • Experience working with JESTA or similar enterprise software systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Legal Requirement: Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident) to comply with federal contracting regulations. Must be a US person as defined by ITAR.
  • Language Proficiency: All candidates must be fluent in English, with the ability to speak, read, and write at a professional level.
