Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail orientated Data Entry/ Office Manager to oversee daily data operations while supporting overall office functionality. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, can manage multiple priorities, and ensures both data accuracy and smooth office operations.


Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee and manage all data entry processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance

· Maintain, supervise, support and audit performance of data entry teams

· Manage incoming and outgoing mail correspondence

· Order and maintain office supplies, including inventory levels

· Provide front desk/reception coverage, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls

· Coordinate general office operations and related administrative tasks

· Assist leadership with reporting, documentation, and special projects assigned

· Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information

Requirements:

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in data entry, office management, or other administrative leadership

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems (Paylocity experience a plus)

· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
