Job Summary The Field Representative I is responsible for high-speed data entry, document validation, metadata indexing, quality control, and check processing. This role ensures the accurate processing of both physical and digital documents while maintaining productivity, quality standards, and customer service expectations in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Perform high-speed manual data entry and verification of hardcopy documents using data entry software. Validate automated document classifications and correct classification exceptions. Review and validate automatically extracted data from digital documents, correcting low-confidence exceptions. Validate automated redactions and make corrections where necessary. Perform manual metadata indexing for digital documents. Conduct quality control by comparing hardcopy documents with their digital versions to ensure accuracy. Validate incoming checks, ensuring proper payee information, valid dates, signatures, and compliance with processing procedures. Analyze and correct automatically extracted check amounts and maintain batch reconciliation. Research and process check amount distributions according to customer requirements. Maintain high productivity while meeting quality and accuracy standards. Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Adapt to changing priorities and perform repetitive tasks while maintaining production standards. Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of related work experience. Familiarity with personal computers. Basic ten-key and keyboarding skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
