Job Description Job Description: Review Leasing shared email box, respond to basic requests, and forward email to appropriate individuals. Help facilitate work orders in JIRA to landlords. Answer phones, take messages.

Invoicing: including filling out payment form, scanning and sending payment by email. Data Entry. Update lease site spread sheets.

Basic experience with Outlook and Excel preferred. Help maintain AED devise spread sheet. Vendor correspondence by phone and email for billing inquiries or receiving quote for work or products.
