Customer Service Coordinator โ€“ Customer Support Operations (CSO)

Shift: 1st Shift

Pay Rate: $23โ€“$26/hour (Depending on experience)

Job Summary


We are seeking a **Customer Service Coordinator** to join our Customer Support Operations (CSO) team. This role is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction by providing accurate product, service, and account information while supporting product warranties, maintenance agreements, purchase orders, quotations, shipments, and customer service requests.


The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, data entry, organization, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office skills, with experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment preferred.


Key Responsibilities


* Administer customer accounts by reviewing service and spare product requirements against purchase orders, maintenance agreements, and established terms and conditions.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional, courteous, and efficient communication.

* Respond to customer inquiries, service requests, and account issues in a timely manner.

* Prepare and submit customer correspondence while maintaining confidentiality of customer and company information.

* Respond to **Requests for Quotations (RFQs)** and coordinate with pricing/estimating teams to develop accurate quotations and proposals.

* Review pricing for reasonableness, submit quotes to customers, and address customer questions regarding proposals.

* Coordinate with **Quality, Shipping/Receiving, Accounting, Order Entry, Planning, and Shop/Production teams** to resolve customer issues.

* Prioritize customer requests and provide realistic production, shipping, and provisioning lead-time commitments.

* Monitor delivery status, research outstanding shipments, obtain updated shipping information, and provide customers with timely status updates.

* Monitor customer account status and coordinate with **Accounts Receivable** to ensure invoices are processed and payments are received.

* Support company collection efforts when required.

* Investigate and resolve customer complaints and claims involving damaged, late, or incorrect shipments.

* Review documentation, order history, and supporting records to determine appropriate resolutions.

* Maintain accurate customer and order information within databases and company systems.
