Job Description:

Data entry involves the process of entering, updating, or verifying data into a computer system or database. It is a fundamental task in many industries and is essential for maintaining accurate records and facilitating efficient business operations.

  • Enter, update, and verify data into computer systems or databases from various sources, including paper documents, electronic files, forms, and spreadsheets.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data by reviewing and verifying information for errors or discrepancies.
  • Always maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Perform data cleaning and validation tasks, such as removing duplicates, correcting errors, and formatting data according to predefined standards.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of data entry projects.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to data entry and information security.

Requirements:

Skills / Qualifications:
