Job Title: Data Entry Clerk (2 Openings)

Location: On-site in San Jose, CA (755 Stockton Ave) Pay Rate: $25.00 – $27.00/hr Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (40 hours/week) Duration: Temporary (2 to 4 months)

About the Role: We are seeking dedicated, detail-oriented Data Entry Clerks for a short-term assignment focused on high-volume, manual document processing. The primary responsibility will be transferring data from scanned receiving tickets into internal software databases with a high degree of precision. Comprehensive, hands-on training will be provided by a corporate trainer to ensure your success.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience or strong capability in high-volume, manual data entry.

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to easily spot discrepancies in numbers and codes.

Comfortable handling repetitive, predictable administrative tasks and significant computer/screen time.

Proficiency navigating the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Highly reliable with the ability to maintain a punctual schedule matching the 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM shift.
