Join the Dahl Rochester team as a Title Clerk! We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized professional with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you'll play an important part in ensuring vehicle title and registration paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.

Certified Title Clerks are preferred, but we welcome all motivated candidates to apply. If you're eager to learn, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy providing exceptional support, we'd love to hear from you

Main Responsibilities and Contributions:

  • Process title work on vehicles sales while maintaining State compliance and guest satisfaction
    • Utilize DealerTrack online system to accurately complete the vehicle registration process as first entered/started by F&I
    • Utilize DealerTrack online system to accurately enter vehicle registrations not begun by F&I (for plate transfers only)
    • Manually process Out-Of-State registrations (and in-State as necessary)
      • Confirm fees
      • Ensure proper forms are complete
      • Cut check as necessary to complete transaction
    • Daily collect registration paperwork processed the prior day for ACH payment of on-line system (MV11, title, and any other necessary paperwork; ie: POA or Statement of Intent, etc); paperwork sent to DOT in Madison
  • Process trade-in titles
    • Enter title number in VMS
    • File titles alphabetically by stock number
  • Process Auction title requests from stores
    • Pull titles from alpha file
    • Sign title as “seller”
    • Copy for our file
    • Mail to requesting store
  • Follow up on titling issues; involves communication with store F&I as well as DealerTrack customer service, Wisconsin and Minnesota DMV; banks (for lien payoffs), etc.

  • Strong computer skills and proficient in data entry
  • Skilled with working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well in a team setting, as well as independently
  • Must be detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and sound judgement
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all positions and departments
  • Ability to effectively manage time and complete multiple tasks, while continually meeting critical deadlines and responding to changing priorities
