Job description

Overview:

$19.00/ hour

This position requires you to be legally authorized to work 40 hrs / week.

Joining our Canada’s Wonderland team means you’ll play an essential role in providing exceptional guest service. 

  • Provide ongoing guest service over the counter and over the phone; respond to inquiries for associates, parents, and other guests
  • Complete onboarding processing duties including: preparing associate uniform files; taking photo I.D. pictures and printing Security Access Cards; assembling and distributing and/or selling uniforms
  • Perform other Associate Services duties including: loaning uniform items; signing in returned items; laundry, sales transactions; promotional pass distribution; outdoor locker area and change room maintenance; front counter, foyer and patio maintenance; and aisle & file maintenance
  • Perform daily opening and closing duties which include disinfecting all high-touch surfaces
  • Assist with payroll- related duties such as responding to general payroll inquiries, assisting associates with setting up direct deposit, and assisting with general Kronos inquiries
  • Assist with uniform inventory by maintaining cleanliness and organization of stock and advising supervisory team of low stock
  • Assist with other duties as required
