Data Entry Clerk
Location: Moon Twp, PA (in person)
Type: Temp to Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Daylight Shift
Salary: $48,000 per year

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company records while ensuring a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. The ideal candidate is organized, computer proficient, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities
  • Enter customer, vendor, and company data into internal databases and systems.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Review and correct errors in records as needed.
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Process and update documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with general office administrative duties.
  • Communicate professionally with internal departments regarding data discrepancies.
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
