Job description


We are seeking a Clerk to support a Recruiter for a transportation company. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Duties:
  • Answer Phones
  • Work with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Enter data into their corporate computer system
  • Interact with drivers, customers, and staff
  • Handle all paperwork associated with hiring new drivers; DOT and Medical Cards, etc.
  • Make hotel reservations, schedule training meetings, and other special events

Job Requirements
Job Qualifications:
  • Must have previous office experience
  • Must have the ability to make hotel reservations and schedule meetings
  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Word and Excel along with accurate data entry skills
  • Must have excellent communication and telephone skills
  • Must be able to accurately maintain and handle paperwork
  • Must have a professional appearance and friendly demeanor
