Day Shift

  • Monday - Thursday 6am - 4:30pm, plus 2-3 Fridays per month - Pay is $16 an hour

POSITION SUMMARY
The Production Assembler plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process, contributing to the manufacturing of high-quality products. Responsible for executing assembly tasks according to the work instructions, this role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to quality standards. The Production Assembler must achieve set production goals, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and leverage Lean manufacturing tools to enhance efficiency.
CORE FUNCTIONS
  • Follow established work instructions to properly assemble products and/or different parts of products.
  • Achieve established goals or deadlines set for specific work areas.
  • Operate required equipment per safety guidelines.
  • Complete all required paperwork and/or data entry.
  • May work at different workstations as production needs require.
  • Attendance and dependability are essential job functions. Required to report to work on time and follow attendance guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • 1-3 months of related experience and/or training preferred.

Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis
  • Able to stand for up to 4 hours at a time
  • Ability to read and write in your native language and/or English.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work instructions, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to perform basic math.
  • Operate basic hand tools and jigs.
  • Ability to read and interpret tape measurements accurately.
