Yale Electric Supply, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position will be located in our Wyomissing, PA location.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers promptly at the sales counter, by phone, and through email.
  • Create and manage sales orders, returns (RGAs), and inventory transfers.
  • Provide quotes, place and process orders, and support walk-in customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized counter and warehouse area.
  • Support order fulfillment, including stock placement, will call preparation, and general warehouse tasks.
  • Proactively track and follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all company procedures.
  • Expand customer base and grow counter sales and profits.
  • Other duties assigned by the manager.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior customer service experience is essential.
  • Electrical product knowledge is strongly preferred, but training will be available to learn the position.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic math skills and comfort using web browsers and data entry tools.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in warehouse conditions.
  • Eagerness to learn and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
