Job Title: Data Entry Specialist Location-Type: Onsite, Reading, PA (Must reside locally to Reading, PA - relocation is not considered at this time) Start Date: ASAP Duration: Contract, 6 months (Potential Contract-to-Hire) Compensation Range: $25-$31/hour on W2 Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship Job Description: This role supports the maintenance and accuracy of financial and operational data across multiple systems, providing essential data entry and reconciliation support to the client's maintenance and financial analytics team. Job Summary •Enter, update, and maintain data across Excel, Smartsheet, and internal systems, ensuring information is complete and accurate. •Review and reconcile data across multiple systems and transaction sets, identifying discrepancies and making necessary corrections. •Track and maintain information related to invoices, payments, PCard activity, projects, and funding requests. •Use Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables, to organize, compare, validate, and report on data. •Assist with administrative financial processes such as journal entries, fixed asset tracking, project cost allocations, and audit support as needed.
