Alabama Power is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented General Office Clerk III to provide advanced administrative and clerical support for daily office operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the office by managing correspondence, maintaining records, coordinating meetings, supporting visitors, and performing a wide range of administrative functions. Key Responsibilities
• Provide advanced clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries while ensuring timely and

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records, spreadsheets, databases, and other

• Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper, including scanning,
