Job description

Join the 1st Franklin Team as a Recovery Center Customer Service Representative.
Salary: Starting at $15 per hour
This position works closely with the Recovery Center Manager and staff to receive and post payments in a timely manner. This position creates and maintains records of collection and status of accounts. The RC CSR assists customers using advanced interpersonal skills. This individual utilizes professionalism, patience, curiosity, a results-orientation, to perform responsibilities.
Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities
Executes Recovery Center Responsibilities
  1. Performs collections and recovery through personal contact with assigned customers
  2. Prepares and processes documents for filing legal action through the court system
  3. Conducts follow-up communication with court system on progress of action filed
  4. Resolve issues with court system for documents improperly filed
  5. Obtains contact information for us in collections and recovery efforts
  6. Performs a wide variety of clerical duties

Assist branches in completing documents for legal action as needed
Ensures Compliance and Regulatory Controls
  1. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Company and Legal policies and procedures, and Recovery program
  2. Adheres to and enforces all Compliance issues, 1FFC policies and procedures as well as State and Federal regulations
  3. Assures all cash drawer safeguards are maintained, keeping accurate records and reports

Education, Qualifications and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgment
  • Advanced interpersonal relationship skills at a variety of levels and greatly differing social and business settings
  • Ability to maintain confidential business and personal information
  • Action and result focused
  • Strong communication skills (verbal / written / interpersonal)
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite products
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to operate an automobile
