Position Overview

We are actively seeking a skilled Staff Associate to join our growing team. The Staff Associate – Construction Materials Testing (CMT) is responsible for supporting field and laboratory testing of construction materials such as soil, concrete, asphalt, and aggregates. This entry-level role is focused on collecting samples, performing standardized tests, documenting results, and assisting with project quality control. The position is ideal for candidates interested in gaining hands-on experience in the construction or geotechnical engineering industry.

Minimum Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or coursework in construction, engineering, or geology is a plus.
  • 0–2 years of experience in construction, materials testing, or a related field.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments.

Key Responsibilities
