Job description

Mailroom Data Entry Associate

Pay: $15.00 per hour, which may be below your state's minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.

Location: Onsite in Lexington, KY

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

Receives, processes, and ensures document classification are completed and transmitted to clients

Process outbound correspondence from the client 

Process documents from both electronic and hard copy forms

Classify documents based on contract requirements

Verify data from automated data extraction tools

Identify documents and their purpose; creating a database of information

       Performs other duties as assigned      

Requirements:

  • Mailroom and/or Data Entry experience (preferred)

  •      Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check

  •      Must possess a High School Diploma or GED

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $26,600 - $33,250.
