Northwestern University is seeking a temporary full-time Data Entry Associate for the Evanston campus.
Temporary Job Description:
This temporary role supports data accuracy within Facilities Connect (Tririga). Responsibilities: create Preventative Maintenance Job Plans for equipment lacking them; modify existing plans to reflect updated procedures; retire outdated PM schedules and work tasks and replace them with current ones; input new assets from a Smartsheet workbook and other sources; update asset records as new information arrives; and enter Space data into the Space Survey system from digital and paper records.
Required skills: strong attention to detail and accuracy; data entry experience; comfort with spreadsheets (Excel/Smartsheet); ability to follow procedures consistently; familiarity with CMMS asset-management systems (Tririga a plus); and good organizational skills.systems (Tririga a plus); and good organizational skills. updates to asset records as new information becomes available.
