Data Entry Specialist

We specialize in professional IT consulting services, IT Staffing, Business/IT Strategy, Business Process Blueprints, Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Transformation.

Location: Washington, DC

Job Type: Contract (5 Months with Possible Extension)

Work Schedule: 100% Onsite (Training and Production)

Position Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented Data Entry Specialists to join a fast-paced production environment. This role requires individuals who can accurately process high volumes of data while maintaining exceptional quality and productivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to efficiently navigate multiple systems simultaneously. This is a fully onsite opportunity, and all required equipment will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and validate large volumes of data within multiple internal systems.
  • Process information while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
  • Navigate between multiple applications and databases efficiently.
  • Review records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Follow established procedures, policies, and quality standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to applicable privacy guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding data discrepancies or processing issues.
  • Meet daily production and quality goals in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Perform other administrative and data processing tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Data Entry, Data Processing, Customer Service, Healthcare Administration, or related experience.
  • Strong data entry accuracy with the ability to process high volumes of work.
  • Basic computer proficiency including:
    • Microsoft Office Suite
    • Email applications
    • Internet navigation
  • Ability to work across multiple computer systems simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a production-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with HIPAA and Protected Health Information (PHI).
  • Previous healthcare, medical claims, or customer service experience.
  • Experience working in production or metrics-driven environments.

Work Environment

  • 100% Onsite in Washington, DC.
  • Company equipment will be provided.
  • Parking is not provided; candidates should plan to use public transportation.
  • Attendance is critical throughout training and the assignment.

Important Employment Requirements

  • No time off will be approved during the 8-week training period.
  • No absences will be permitted during training.
  • No time off during the holiday season.
  • Candidates must be committed to maintaining excellent attendance throughout the assignment.

Training & Onboarding

  • Mandatory Orientation & Stress Test: September 10, 2026 (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
  • Training Start Date: September 14, 2026
  • Training Duration: 8 Weeks

  • Candidates must be available for their assigned interview time.
