Data Entry Specialist LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Data Entry Specialist in Washington, DC. This is a contract opportunity for a growing and fast-paced company. This role entails providing data entry and data maintenance for a project. - Enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases with a high degree of accuracy.
- Review source documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before inputting information.
- Identify and correct data errors, discrepancies, or missing information in a timely manner.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical records as needed.
- Assist with routine reporting, file audits, document processing, and general administrative support.
- Follow company procedures to ensure confidentiality, data integrity, and compliance with internal standards.
- Communicate with team members to clarify information and resolve data-related questions.
Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Must possess wonderful organizational skills
Qualifications:
- Previous data entry, administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred.
- Strong typing skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook; experience with databases or CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
