Job Summary •Enter, update, and maintain data across Excel, Smartsheet, and internal systems, ensuring information is complete and accurate. •Review and reconcile data across multiple systems and transaction sets, identifying discrepancies and making necessary corrections. •Track and maintain information related to invoices, payments, PCard activity, projects, and funding requests. •Use Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables, to organize, compare, validate, and report on data. •Assist with administrative financial processes such as journal entries, fixed asset tracking, project cost allocations, and audit support as needed.
