We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Data Processor to join our team. This position will support daily administrative and data-processing functions, including accounts payable, purchasing activities, expense tracking, and assisting with customer bid and proposal documentation. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Process and maintain accounts payable records and invoices.
  • Assist with purchasing activities, including preparing purchase orders and tracking orders.
  • Log, monitor, and maintain expense records accurately.
  • Support the completion and submission of customer bid forms and related documentation.
  • Enter, update, and verify data in company systems and spreadsheets.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical records.
  • Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments as needed.
  • Perform other administrative and data-processing duties as assigned.
Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
