We are looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant to support recruiting operations and general office coordination in Duncan, South Carolina. This contract opportunity with permanent potential is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing clerical tasks, job posting support, reporting, and day-to-day team assistance in a fast-paced environment. The role calls for strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to step in wherever support is needed. This position is primarily onsite, with potential flexibility for overtime work to be completed remotely.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a variety of administrative duties that support recruiting and office operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Post open positions, monitor listings, and keep job-related information organized and up to date.
• Prepare reports and assist with tracking data for recruiting activity, client needs, and internal team support.
• Enter, maintain, and verify information in spreadsheets and other records with a high level of accuracy.
• Provide day-to-day assistance to recruiters and leadership by responding to requests and handling shifting priorities effectively.
• Support proposal preparation and presentation materials using tools such as PowerPoint and Canva when needed.
• Assist with inbound calls, front-office style coordination, and other general administrative support functions.
