Recruiting Specialist/Account Management-- Express Employment Professionals – Greenville, SC

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an entry-level detail-oriented and organized Recruiting Specialist to support daily office operations, marketing initiatives, client engagement activities, and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment, takes pride in organization, and is committed to providing exceptional support to both internal staff and external clients.

The Recruiting Specialist plays an important role in maintaining office efficiency but also supporting the Recruiting team through sourcing and recruiting calls. They are an integral part of the office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Recruiting, Marketing, & Business Development Support

  • Making recruiting calls- Calling applicants and inviting them into the office
  • Maintain organized records of business contacts and prospect information.
  • Assist the Employment Specialist with sourcing on roles
  • Represent the company with polish and professionalism while marketing Express to potential associates

Administrative Support

  • Prepare and assemble office marketing materials and documentation
  • Assist with payroll preparation and distribution
  • Perform general filing and document organization.
  • Answer phones and provide courteous assistance to callers as needed.
  • Welcome and assist visitors entering the office.
  • Support the office with special projects and administrative tasks.
  • Data Entry
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support office operations.

Qualifications

Associates Degree or Greater

Previous administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
