About the Role

The Data Entry Operator will be tasked with input of paper-based information into our digital systems. The company will rely on this job holder to have accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database.


Job Responsibilities

  • Ensuring appropriate turnaround time on all data entry
  • Reviewing and entering data information like invoices, records, inventory into the appropriate databases
  • Proactively verifying data through source documents for accuracy and completeness of data
  • Monitoring and updating existing data when required
  • Retrieving data for team members upon request
  • Performing data searches
  • Identify, label and organize electronic storage media
  • Maintain libraries of electronic storage media
  • Complying with security backups and regular checkups to ensure the safety of the data being stored.

Desired Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience of working on a Data Entry position
  • IT-savvy and basic knowledge of touch-typing system
  • Basic knowledge of database management tools
  • Fast typing skills with close attention to detail
  • Good communication skill both oral and writing.
  • Great understanding of data and confidentiality principles are compulsory.
