What you'll do:ย

Reporting to the Agro Manager, responsibilities for this position include the following:

  • Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Kindersley & District Co-operatives 's vision, mission, and values, with a strong customer focused approach.
  • Complete inventory control functions including receiving and daily reconciliation reports.
  • Maintain perpetual inventory report and complete regular stock checks.
  • Complete large amounts of data entry, with seated work, and significant use of a computerized workstation.
  • Support and follow Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Back up duties to the Agro Operations Operator.ย 
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Agro and Customer Service:

  • You have your high school diploma or equivalent experience; customer service and previous file maintenance experience would be considered assets.
  • You are well organized and capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision.
  • You have strong data entry skills and extensive computer experience with Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills; attention to detail, versatility, creativity, and flexibility are required.
  • You are honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You must be able to fulfill physical job requirements - manual labour is required while assisting on sales floor and performing inventory counts.
  • You have the ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment.
  • You have a flexible work schedule including weekend rotation and holidays.
