Job Summary:
Performs various secretarial, clerical, and technical duties. Oversees project teams and develops project scope, budget and schedule. Monitors policies and standards for in-house programs and projects, cross-functional project management support and coordination, and business process support functions. Coordinates team members on the implementation and effective usage of project management methodologies. Runs program(s) with moderate budget/impact.
Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience:
  • Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
  • Bachelor's Degree: Preferred
  • Five years' relevant experience: Preferred

Essential Functions:
  • Establishes project team structures. Supports the project staff by facilitating project logistics. Participates in the development, maintenance and publication of project management standards and guidelines.
  • Arranges department staff meetings, preparing agendas, sending notices and recording minutes.
  • Manages data input functions, editing of data, integrating of reports and confidentiality of all data base information.
  • Reviews project materials and deliverables meet adherence to methodologies and procedures.
  • Upgrades and supports project management vendors. Coordinates training on project management tools and methodologies.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
