Actalent is seeking a Data Governance Analyst to joing our Credit Department at our Corporate office in Tempe, AZ! 

Compensation

Hourly: $21.63

Bonus potential: up to $1000 per quarter

Schedule

Full Time | Permanent 

Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 

Hybrid | 4 days in office - 1 day remote

Job Summary:

The Compliance Analyst, who will report to a Credit Service Manager, will be a Data Governance Steward, responsible for processing and resolving data inquiries/errors for customer setup in Connected (Salesforce) and PeopleSoft.  Inquiries/errors are resolved by researching issues, customer data, and working with the respective Credit Analysts and field office representatives to review and update customer records electronically or for activation purposes.  The Compliance Analyst will become an SME for the team and eventually assist the managers by running point with reports associated with daily deliverables to ensure we're providing high-level customer service to all key partners.

Essential Functions: Utilize Dun and Bradstreet to research client demographic information Process Data Correction cases and maintain manual accounts created in Connected by Account Managers Submit investigations to Dun and Bradstreet to research potential errors Partner with IS, IM&R, Tek and Program Managers to assess data clean-up efforts Partner with SS&O team(s) and IS to ensure accounts are tied properly in Connected to the appropriate SS&O owner(s) Process CRG forms accurately and in a timely manner Work with Credit Analysts to research and investigate potential CRG errors Assist CSM with monthly Write-offs, PeopleSoft Audit/clean up (SIC Codes, Terms, Ratings, Credit Class etc.) Validate and update customer profiles in PeopleSoft Audit and place accounts with our outside collection firms Partner with FSG, Credit Analysts, the field and other departments to ensure GTW CRG's are completed in a timely manner Participate on calls with IS on Data Governance issues Assist in training of new Data Governance Analysts and scheduling events for the department

Minimum Education/ Abilities/Skills:

1-2 years of relevant experience or a college degree preferred Ability to learn and use new software applications Ability to communicate well with internal and external customers Ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently as a member of a team Must be detail oriented and capable of multi-tasking Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite Strong problem-solving skills
