The Role

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for customer service and technical problem-solving? In this role, you’ll be a vital member of the Professional Services team, ensuring the successful conversion of new banks to the DCI data processing system. This position combines your technical expertise and client-focused approach to drive meaningful outcomes for community banks. This position will be located in the corporate office in Hutchinson, KS.

 What You'll Do:

Key responsibilities include:


Bank Conversions:

  • Collect and prepare data from new client banks for system conversion.
  • Collaborate with Programmers to submit and test converted data.
  • Provide post-conversion training and consultation for client banks.

Customer Support & Product Development:

  • Assist in designing and testing new projects and enhancements for DCI systems.
  • Provide back-up support for customer inquiries and concerns regarding DCI applications.

Bank Consulting & Operational Audits:

  • Conduct consulting and operational audits for client banks.
  • Document findings and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Implement or assist with recommended actions for clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • To be considered for this role, you'll need the following required qualifications:
  • Ability to travel at least 50%, supporting conversion schedules.
  • General knowledge of the banking industry and financial data processing.
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership and relationship-building abilities.
  • Regular & reliable attendance required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
  • Three or more years of experience in the financial industry.
  • Familiarity with bank compliance regulations.
  • Advanced skills in financial computing, Microsoft Office applications, and Oracle databases.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, documentation, and time management skills.
