Job description

We are seeking an SAP BRIM Conversion Management Consultant to add to our team assisting the
Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) Information Technology (IT) Department.  As an SAP BRIM
Conversion Management Consultant, you will be responsible to lead and manage data conversion
activities for a high-impact SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM)
implementation.  The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless data migration and
integration from legacy systems into SAP BRIM, working closely with business stakeholders,
technical teams, and system integrators.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of data conversion activities within the SAP BRIM
landscape (CC, CI, FICA, SOM, etc.).
- Analyze legacy system data structures and define conversion strategies for business-critical data
such as contracts, billing documents, business partners, and financial data.
- Design and manage ETL processes and data mapping documents, ensuring data accuracy,
completeness, and compliance with SAP BRIM requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional consultants, ABAP developers, business leads)
to align on data structures, transformation logic, and testing approaches.
- Develop and execute conversion test plans including unit testing, mock conversions, and validation
reports.
- Identify data quality issues and work with business stakeholders to cleanse and prepare data for
conversion.
- Ensure all conversion activities align with project timelines, quality standards, and audit
requirements.
Skills and Experience:
- 8+ Years: Experience in SAP implementation or migration projects, with 3+ years focused on SAP
BRIM
- Hands-on experience with SAP Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), Contract
Accounts Receivable and Payable (FICA), and Subscription Order Management (SOM)
- Proven expertise in data conversion management, data modeling, and data migration tools (e.g.,
SAP Data Services, LSMW, BAPIs, IDOCs)
- Strong understanding of billing processes, revenue recognition, and subscription-based models
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in regulated environments (e.g., utilities, telecom, public sector) is a plus
