An experienced Oracle Customer Cloud Service (CCS) Conversion Developer
The Work:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Customer Cloud Service (CCS) Conversion Developer / Designer to support the migration and implementation of customer-facing data within Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service. Working within a utilities industry context, the ideal candidate brings hands-on experience converting legacy billing and customer communication artifacts into CCS-compliant outputs, while collaborating closely with functional and business teams.
Key responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and test customer-facing documents within Oracle Utilities CCS - including bills, final notices, payment arrangements, and service order correspondence.
  • Convert legacy utility billing documents and correspondence into Oracle CCS templates, preserving business rules, data mappings, and regulatory layout requirements.
  • Work with Oracle CC&B / Customer to Meter (C2M) data structures to extract and map billing, usage, and account data into CCS document templates.
  • Collaborate with utility business analysts, functional leads, and compliance teams to gather requirements and validate converted document designs against regulatory and branding standards.
  • Perform unit testing and support UAT, resolving defects and participating in go-live cutover and post-production stabilisation.
  • Maintain conversion specifications, template design documentation, and reusable component libraries to support ongoing maintenance and future releases.

This is a hybrid role in Tampa, FL and will require three days per week in the office.
Here is what you need:
• Minimum of 2 years experience as Oracle Cloud CCS conversion developer
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
