We are looking for a candidate that has either deep Data Center Industry knowledge & contacts, with great communication skills, or someone with liquid cooling expertise around valves, who can leverage their knowledge to transform it to the DC industry (best would be a combination of both, but I know that’s basically looking for a unicorn)…
The resource will be the link of a Business Strategy consultant shaping the Client GTM strategy for the DC Industry, while operating as industry expert making and facilitating introductions to main stakeholders in the industry.

will help client accelerate its position in the data center industry by translating clients product lines into a coordinated go-to-market strategy, targeted ecosystem engagement model, and practical account execution engine.

Project Description:

Strategic:
•  Support Data Center go-to-market strategy for client business units
•  Map client portfolio to the full data center thermal management value chain
•  Define priority market segments and target account plays
•  Build an executive-level roadmap for long-term data center growth
Operational:
•  Facilitate targeted introductions to data center stakeholders
•  Run data center ecosystem workshops for client teams
•  Create target-account maps and stakeholder influence models
•  Support market-facing engagement at industry events and executive meetings
•  Develop repeatable sales enablement and account pursuit materials
Skills required:
•  Any experience in data center cooling/liquid cooling and business connections to MPEs and CPU manufacturers will be helpful.
•  Build and shape market growth strategies for companies (multi-brand)
•  Develop actionable relationships maps and engagement priorities
•  Analytical mindset to elaborate Product-market fit & opportunity assessment
•  Project Management Skills as resource acts as Facilitator for Meetings, Workshops
•  Great communication skills, as part of the role reports to the CEO & Executive Leadership of NIBCO and it’s brands
