The contractor will provide a qualified Data Collector to support riders and community safety. This position is responsible for reviewing rider-related incidents, investigating complaints, and adjudicating cases based on a pre-defined program. The role works cross-functionally with Customer Service, Local Operations, and Government Relations to ensure incidents are handled accurately, fairly, and in alignment with company policies and city expectations.

Perform field data collection using scooters and e‑bikes across assigned areas.

Execute predefined scenarios such as proper/improper parking and vehicle placement.

Capture clear, accurate photos and videos that meet data quality standards.

Upload collected data to the client systems correctly and on time.

Report completed routes, scenarios, and any issues encountered in the field.

Candidates for Data Collector must meet the following requirements to be considered:

Ability to work independently as a temporary/contract field operator.

Comfortable and legally able to operate e‑scooters and e‑bikes in public environments.

Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and high-quality data collection.

Access to a smartphone with high-quality photo and video capability and internet.

Willingness to work outdoors in varying locations, times of day, and weather conditions.

What's in this Data Collector position for you?

Pay: $28/HRS.

Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00PM (Hybrid)

4-5 hours of drive in the daytime (9 am - 6 pm PT) and 3-4 hours in night - time (8 pm-11 pm PT)

Pay Details: $28.00 per hour
