Job Description

Position: Data Center Operations

Duration: 5 Months +

Location: Dublin, OH


(W2 Candidates Only)


ย Responsibilities:

24x7 technical support for the centerย 

4 * 10 hour, second shift rotation (1400 - 0100)ย 

Server and network hardware installs and de-installsย 

Perform cable site surveys and cable runsย 

Address hardware troubleshooting needsย 

Perform environmental monitoring within the Centerย 

Ability to lift 30lbs and reach under sub-floor for installing or removing cables.ย 

Good understanding of data center hardware and technologyย 

Good understanding of facilities infrastructureย 

Excellent troubleshooting skillsย 

Excellent team and customer skillsย 

PC skills including Microsoft Officeย 

Good written and verbal communications in Englishย 


Qualifications:ย 

2-3 years in operations environmentย 

Working knowledge of Generator, UPS, and HVAC systems.ย 

Associates degree or higher
