What You Will Do:
  • Simultaneously work with clients from adiverse list ofindustries;
  • Act asthe primary point ofcontact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and strong collaboration;
  • Manage annotation teams toguarantee smooth execution and timely delivery ofprojects;
  • Monitor team discipline and ensure corporate culture within the team;
  • Keep track ofkey metrics tomeasure the success ofthe client’s request and the team, and identify areas for improvement and automatization;
  • Proactively mediate and resolve any clients’ and annotators’ concerns orissues etc.;
  • Train annotation teams and supervisors.
What WeNeed:
  • ExcellentUkrainian &Englishskills (atleast C1for both spoken and written);
  • 2-3years ofexperienceintech service industry, ideally inaccount orproject management;;
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Proved experience inlong-term project planning;
