About the Role


The role involves constant coordination and communication with Client Project Managers, ensuring effective change management, and overseeing the procurement of equipment and materials. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and management of materials and tools for our Data Center projects located in Indiana.



Responsibilities



  • Constant coordination and communication with Client Project Managers
  • Change Management – ensures any changes to the contract are identified, tracked, and communicated back to the client Project Managers
  • Reporting daily, weekly, and monthly on construction progress
  • Procurement of equipment and materials as needed
  • Work collaboratively with vendors/suppliers to ensure materials and equipment are ordered and delivered as needed
  • Material tracking and management
  • Tool and equipment tracking and management
  • Ensures projects are efficiently, effectively, and safely implemented in accordance with AMPP Construction’s guidelines, client contracts and policies, and local/federal regulations
  • Assists with preparation and review of proposals
  • Schedule development and tracking
  • Verifies constructability, ensures proper resource allocations, assesses field status, and resolves issues as needed
  • Reviews budget, schedule, quality, risk trackers, and contingency allocations
  • Interfaces with clients acting as a representative of AMPP Construction
  • Supervises activities and/or coordinates activities or groups, such as safety programs, engineering, construction, budget management, scheduling
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned



Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field is required
