ARCO/Murray is seeking an MEP Superintendent to oversee all MEP activities on large-scale data center projects up to and including the data hall fit-out and final stages of commissioning/energization of equipment. You’ll ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance while coordinating subcontractors and driving successful project delivery.

Typical base compensation for the MEP Superintedent role is between $120,000.00 - $160,000.00. Candidates with extensive experience may exceed this range. In addition to the base salary, the role is eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation based on individual and company performance.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
  • Oversee all MEP field operations for data center projects
  • Coordinate installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety standards
  • Manage subcontractor performance and resolve field issues
  • Monitor project schedule and report progress to project management team
  • Conduct inspections and quality checks for MEP systems
  • Collaborate with commissioning teams to ensure system functionality

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ability to travel to project sites as needed
  • Possess and maintain a current, valid driver’s license in your state of residence
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • 5–10 years of experience in MEP supervision, with at least 3 years on data center projects
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Experience with commissioning and integrated systems testing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • OSHA certification and familiarity with safety protocols
