DatamanUSA has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to work with one of our direct clients in Honolulu, HI.

Job Title: Project Manager
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Honolulu, HI 96813

Role Overview: Manages project planning, execution, governance, delivery coordination, release controls, environment readiness, security and compliance coordination, and knowledge management across customer service initiatives involving Google CES CCaaS / CCAIP, ServiceNow, Big Query, Looker, and related business, operational, and technical workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and status reporting for Google CES CCaaS / CCAIP, ServiceNow, Big Query, Looker, training, testing, and deployment activities.
  2. Coordinate cross-functional teams to align business requirements, design decisions, system configuration, data readiness, testing, and go-live execution.
  3. Manage scope, schedule, risks, issues, decisions, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Facilitate governance forums, status meetings, and executive updates to ensure accountability, escalation management, and timely decision-making.
  5. Oversee project delivery quality and readiness across business, technical, operational, and change management streams.
  6. Maintain release calendars, environment plans, deployment checklists, and cutover runbooks across all affected systems and workstreams.
  7. Coordinate environment availability, configuration readiness, migration sequencing, and release approvals.
  8. Manage production deployment activities, rollback plans, and post-release validation with technical and business teams.
  9. Track release dependencies, risks, and readiness criteria to reduce deployment disruption.
  10. Review solution designs, configurations, and data flows for compliance with security, privacy, access control, and regulatory requirements.
  11. Evaluate IAM, audit logging, encryption, data retention, and least-privilege controls across core platforms and integrations.
  12. Support risk assessments, security issue tracking, evidence collection, and remediation coordination.
  13. Validate that testing, deployment, and operational procedures reflect required security and compliance controls.
  14. Develop user guides, SOPs, process maps, training support materials, release notes, and knowledge articles for business and technical audiences.
  15. Organize source content, version control practices, and document repositories to support consistency and retrieval.
  16. Translate technical and process changes into usable documentation that reflects actual operating procedures across systems.
  17. Support transition to operations by ensuring documentation completeness, accessibility, and alignment with training and support teams.

  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and delivery governance capabilities.
  • Experience managing complex implementations involving contact center, workflow, reporting, and cloud platform workstreams.
  • Ability to coordinate business and technical teams across Google CES CCaaS / CCAIP, ServiceNow, Big Query, Looker, and related enterprise systems.
