We are hiring a Field Data Capture Technician to support reality capture efforts on active construction sites. This role involves operating 360-degree cameras and surveying equipment to collect detailed site data used for AI-driven analysis.
This is a field-based role ideal for candidates interested in construction, engineering, or technology, including students looking to gain hands-on experience.RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Operate 360° cameras and surveying equipment to capture construction site data
  • Capture accurate and comprehensive site data using established processes and tools
  • Document and communicate site progress clearly to project teams
  • Follow all safety protocols to protect yourself, the site, and equipment
  • Collaborate with project teams to meet site-specific requirements
  • Work across large-scale construction sites in Texas
  • Adapt to different site conditions and project needs
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Availability for 1 day per week (initially Tuesdays or Thursdays)
  • Comfortable working outdoors on active construction sites
  • Ability to walk long distances and perform physical tasks
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable, motivated, and safety-focused
  • Background or interest in construction, surveying, civil engineering, or similar fields preferred
  • Previous fieldwork or site-based experience is a plus
