Contract Duration: One Year with possibility of extensions

Location: Nashville, TN

Job Summary

IRG Clients is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support to end users through phone, remote, and onsite assistance. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills and experience troubleshooting hardware, software, network, mobile devices, and collaboration technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle up to 30 IT support calls per day and provide excellent customer service.
  • Troubleshoot and administer printers, including server and local print queues.
  • Perform Active Directory tasks, including navigating OUs, looking up user attributes, resetting passwords, and unlocking accounts.
  • Support and deploy iOS devices, including iPhones and iPads.
  • Set up new mobile devices, reset iTunes accounts and network settings, and perform data backup/restore.
  • Provide support for Cisco WebEx, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco Presence video solutions.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues involving VPN, Wi-Fi, LTE, and internal/external connections.
  • Troubleshoot applications, including account permissions, compatibility settings, browser-based applications, and installed applications.
  • Provide remote support using MSRA, RDP, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx.
  • Deploy and troubleshoot IT hardware and peripherals.
  • Manage IT tickets using ServiceNow, including ticket creation, assignment, tracking, and resolution.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions accurately.

Required Qualifications

  • IT Call Center or Help Desk experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, ServiceNow, printers, iOS devices, networking, and remote support tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, applications, and connectivity issues.
  • Ability to lift and handle equipment weighing at least 50 pounds.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
