The Impact you will have in this role:
The Senior Procurement Data Analyst is responsible for accurately analyzing and collecting data and generate the business reports to support both tactical tasks and strategic decision making
Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Collaborates with the Process & Systems Improvement Analysts and system architects for determining ways to continually improve data management, processes and governance standards
  • Responsible for maintaining consistent Enterprise Segmentation and category taxonomy for spend reporting
  • Works with Procurement Teams in gathering spend, transaction volume, and supplier analysis reporting requirements
  • Designs business analysis, data recording systems and operational dashboards for use throughout the department
  • Monitors the service delivery data reports to identify any business demand trends and raise any concerns to the team
  • Communicates the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to the Associate Director Services Procurement
  • Reports and tracks weekly information required for balanced scorecard reporting/KPI measurement
  • Publishes Financial Reporting such as Procurement Vendor, spend dashboard, etc.
  • Maintains databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
  • Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
