JOB SUMMARY


The Corelab Data Assistant is responsible for data entry tasks related to the various studies as well assisting Corelab personnel and other Clinilabs personnel with other various tasks as requested and needed.    

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide support (e.g. data entry, filing, QC, etc.) to Corelab personnel and other Clinilabs personnel as requested and needed.
  • Assist in entry of data into databases, verifying data and filing results.
  • Develop and maintain good communications and working relationships with Corelab project team members as well as Sponsor, CRO, vendor, and clinical site project team members
  • Manage and track project timelines and quality issues
  • Provide entry status reports
  • Reading and understanding work instructions, SOPs, and study manuals
  • Communicate with all team members regarding task related status/issues
  • Follow and ensure compliance with current Good Clinical Practices (cGCPs)
  • Adhere to corporate policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned
  • Other duties as assigned
  • This is a night shift position.

 The salary for this position is $22/hr.   



Requirements

  • The position requires at least a high school diploma or equivalent, but individuals with college degrees or advanced degrees are preferred. 
  • The Corelab Data Assistant must possess excellent clerical skills, strong computer skills, good interpersonal skills, and must be able to provide accurate documentation of his or her work.
  • The Corelab Data Assistant must be organized, able to follow directions clearly and adhere to assignment timelines and task deadlines carefully.
