Job Location - NYC NY (Day One Onsite - Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive day to day program management for enterprise data governance and regulatory uplift initiatives.
  • Coordinate across multiple delivery leaders business teams technology teams and data stakeholders to track progress risks dependencies and deliverables.
  • Consolidate updates from multiple workstreams into clear executive level summaries and status reports for senior leadership.
  • Support governance forums working groups steering committees and action tracking Ensure alignment across data governance activities including data quality metadata controls lineage ownership policy adherence and regulatory commitments.
  • Gather information across teams synthesize findings and identify creative approaches to unblock execution challenges Monitor milestones RAID items and overall program health across concurrent initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve operating rhythms communication and delivery transparency Operate independently with minimal oversight in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Required Skills
  • 8 years of program or project management experience preferably within Data Management Data Governance Risk or Regulatory programs in financial services.
  • Strong understanding of foundational data management and governance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with core pillars of enterprise data programs such as Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Lineage, Data Ownership, Stewardship, Regulatory Data Management, Controls Issue Management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills including concise status reporting for Managing Director level leadership Self starter with a proactive go getter mindset and strong ownership mentality.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex programs and hit the ground running.
  • Strong problem solving coordination and organizational skills

Preferred Skills
  • Experience supporting large regulatory remediation or uplift programs within banking or financial services.
  • Experience working with Divisional Data Offices Chief Data Offices Risk Compliance or Regulatory organizations.
  • Familiarity with regulatory expectations related to data governance and data controls.
  • Experience using program management and collaboration tools such as JIRA Confluence Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

Salary Transparency

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $110841 to $145000 /yearly.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company's sole discretion, consistent with the law.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$110841 to $145000
