Job Description:
The Project Manager, Program Management โ€“ SAP S/4HANA Business Transformation supports a multi-year SAP S/4HANA transformation by coordinating Data-focused initiatives across Business Owners, SAP/IT teams, and third-party partners. As part of the Transformation Management Office (TMO), this role ensures workstreams are aligned with business priorities, integrated across functions, and supported by effective governance, business readiness, and adoption planning. The role provides portfolio-level oversight, dependency management, and readiness coordination without owning deployment execution.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate planning, execution, and progress across Data workstreams, including:
  • Master Data Management & Governance
  • Data Migration
  • SAP Data Design
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and Jira tracking.
  • Partner with Business Owners and Enterprise Process Owners to define objectives, priorities, and participation plans.
  • Align SAP, Data, and IT teams on priorities, risks, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Coordinate with system integrators and third-party partners to ensure governance, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Support business readiness by coordinating planning, testing, training, communications, and adoption activities.
  • Track portfolio-level risks, issues, dependencies, KPIs, and business value realization.
Key Interfaces
  • Business Owners, Enterprise Process Owners, SAP/IT Teams, Deployment Directors, Data/Change/Training Leads, System Integrators, and the Transformation Program Director.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor''s degree required.
  • 8+ years of project/program management experience, including 3โ€“5 years supporting SAP ECC or S/4HANA transformations with a focus on Data Management.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders, IT teams, and system integrators.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end data management processes.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional dependencies, business readiness, and project risks in an SAP environment.
