  • Automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes using Power Query and ETL methodologies.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and process improvements.
  • Create and manage user stories, requirements, and development activities within Jira for ServiceNow development.
  • Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and continuous improvement for reporting and analytics solutions.
