Job Description The role will leverage analytics to level-up the corporate reputation of Globe through actionable insights provided to internal stakeholders that will influence the corporate communications strategy of the company.
Specifically, the role's objective is to provide inputs to the overall mainstream media strategy, enhance media reporting, and ensure insights are applied and integrated in the organization.
Key responsibilities include gathering and managing data from diverse media sources, ensuring quality of data through regular audits, creating comprehensive media reports on coverage, sentiment, and engagement metrics, using data visualization dashboards, monitoring of competitor communication activities, defining KPIs to measure the effectiveness of media campaigns, monitoring media coverage during crises, providing timely insights to support crisis management, and trend monitoring and analysis to identify changes as input to strategic decision-making and enhanced brand visibility.
The role requires a team player who will collaboration across teams in Sustainability and Corporate Communications Marketing and Brands to align media analytics with business objectives. The position involves training team members and other members of Sustainability and Corporate Communications on data analytics methodologies, tools and insighting, serving as a resource for data and analytics-related inquiries.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Collection and Management:

  • Gather and maintain data from various media sources, including online publications, social media, and broadcast media. Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validation processes.

Media Reporting:

  • Create comprehensive media reports that analyze coverage, sentiment, and engagement metrics across various channels. Develop dashboards and visualizations to present media data in an accessible and actionable format.

Trend Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of media trends and audience behavior to identify insights that inform strategic decision-making. Monitor competitor media activity and industry trends to benchmark performance and discover opportunities.

Integration of Analytics Tools:
