We build predictive tools, AI-powered dashboards, and decision support that help Walmart hire, grow, and retain talent at scale. Our mission? Spot the signal before the noise—and give leaders the edge to act fast. More than reporting—this role shapes the story behind the data, helping leaders see the meaning, the impact, and the path forward.What you'll do...Build Reporting & Dashboard Solutions: Design intuitive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, GCP) that enable self-service, surface insights clearly, and embed trusted logic and context for consistency.

What you’ll bring...
Technical Mastery
  • 5+ years in data analytics, BI, or people analytics within large, complex environments
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, BigQuery)
  • Proficient in BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar
  • Experience with reporting automation and data processing tools (e.g., Alteryx, Dataiku, Python)
