Whatyoulldo:


Project Management and Leadership:

  • Oversee multiple construction projects frominceptionto completion.
  • Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control measures, and industry best practices.


Client and Stakeholder Relations:

  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Financial Management:

What you need to succeed:


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Managementor related field
  • 5+ years of experienceoncommercial projects, specifically multi-level, multi-family structures.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
